Helen Marion Standridge, 82, of Arnold died April 3, 2024, at her home. Mrs. Standridge enjoyed gardening and fishing. She loved playing bingo and spending time with her family and her sisters. Born Dec. 5, 1941, in Murphy, she was the daughter of the late Myrtle Ann (Sullens) and Benjamin Charles Chott.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Charles Edward Standridge.
She is survived by four children: Todd Standridge of Cadet, Diana (Rick) Henricks of Cadet, Betty Weisler-Standridge of Arnold and Tina (Shane) Davis of Bloomsdale; three sisters: Sharon (Jim) Noblin of Barnhart, Linda Norden of Arnold and Evelyn (the late Ronnie) Chatman of House Springs; seven grandchildren: Jessica Weisler, Casey Davis, Charles (Morgan) Henricks, Dylan Henricks, Quentin Henricks, Ryan Weisler-Hitchcock and Christin Davis; four great-grandchildren: McKenna Bryant, Bryce Henricks, Easton Henricks and Wyatt Henricks; and many nieces and nephews.
She also was preceded in death by four siblings: Joan Grounds, Oscar Chott, Raymond Chott and Catherine Zachringer; a great-grandson: Aaron Henricks.
Visitation is scheduled from noon until a funeral service at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 14, at Vinyard Funeral Home, 616 W. Main St., in Festus. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
