Warner, Harry

Harry J. Warner, 83, of Fenton died May 9, 2024, in St. Charles. Mr. Warner was a skilled electrician and a member of IBEW Local 1. He was an avid collector of classic model cars and coins and enjoyed taking walks in the park. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Born Oct. 31, 1940, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Harry Warner and Virginia (Wood) Ohmes.

He was preceded in death by his first wife: Kathaleen Warner.

He is survived by his wife: Mary J. (Allison) Warner; five children: Theresa Warner, Sheryl Boerding, Harry (Kimberly) Warner, Joseph (Shelly) Warner and Kevin (Sara) Warner; three stepchildren: Shawn Blondin, Scott Blondin and Shannon McGuire; 10 grandchildren: Dustin (Caitlyn) Warner, Abby Warner, Madeline Warner, Christopher Boerding, Sammi Boerding, Penelope Warner, Karina Blondin, Corbin McGuire, Dalton McGuire and Teghan McGuire; two great-grandchildren: Tanner Warner and Hadley Warner; a sister: Marie Colthorp; and many other family members and friends.

He also was preceded in death by a brother: Tom Warner.

Visitation is scheduled from 11 a.m. until services at 1 p.m. Friday, May 17, at Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6300 Hwy. 30, in Cedar Hill. A graveside service will follow in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary.
