Glenda S. Willcut, 90, of De Soto died March 8, 2026, at her home. Mrs. Willcut was employed as a licensed state person for State Farm Insurance Agent’s office. She enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s and great-grandchildren’s school and sports activities. Born Jan. 13, 1936, in Campbell, she was the daughter of the late John Wilson Taylor and Edith (Davis) Taylor Conran. She was the stepdaughter of the late Herbert Conran.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Charles R. Willcut.
She is survived by a child: Tamra S. Williams of Hillsboro; two grandchildren: Carly S. (Patrick) Selsor of Blackwell and Brian S. (Kara) Williams of Fenton; five great-grandchildren: Nolan, Raegan and Timothy Selsor and Riley and Wade Williams; three sisters: Rita Arch of San Antonio, Texas, Judi Daley of East Lansing, Mich., and Debbie (Daryl) Severson of Grand Blanc, Mich; and several nieces and nephews.
She also was preceded in death by a brother: Jerry Taylor; and a sister: Donna Taylor.
A funeral procession will depart at 9 a.m. Tuesday, March 17, from Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main St., in De Soto, to drive to the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks for a 10 a.m. graveside service. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
