Ella Lucille Bilbrey, 82, of Grubville died June 6, 2025, at her home. Born July 8, 1942, in St. Louis County, Ms. Bilbrey was the daughter of the late Andrew Dix and Ella (Shanks) Schwartz.
She is survived by three children: Richard (Elizabeth) Ordway of Bonne Terre, Kendall (Lisa) Huffman of Haskell, Okla., and Deana (Gary) Emily of Grubville; two siblings: Robert Joe Dix and Theresa Stewart; six grandchildren: Ryan Ordway, Amy Ordway, Cody Minks, Lyndsey Johnson, Kendall Huffman Jr. and Rhea Huffman; four great-grandchildren: Caitlyn, Brooklyn, Ezekiel and Aleena; and many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by a daughter: Catherine Minks; and seven siblings: Bill, Mike, Stanley, Jane, Diane, Everett and Nina.
There will be no services. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in De Soto.
