Debra Anne Carter, 69, of Barnhart died June 5, 2026, at her home. Mrs. Carter worked as an LPN at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Anthony South County. Born Jan. 3, 1957, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Monica (Juliette) and Harry Williams.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Kenneth Eldon Carter.
She is survived by two daughters: Melissa Myers and Kimberly Carter, both of Barnhart; a brother: James Williams of Barnhart; three grandchildren: Meghan Dalton, Tyler Myers and Autumn Starnes; and three great-grandchildren: Louis, Zoey and Daniel Dalton.
She also was preceded in death by two brothers: Richard (Karen survives of Antonia) Williams and Kenneth Williams.
Interment will take place at a later date in Shepherd Hills Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
