Christine A. Bequette, 64, of Patterson died Oct. 27, 2026, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. Ms. Bequette enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, hunting, gardening and rock collecting. She was known for often having a craft project she was working on. She also loved her dogs, Butch, Jersey, Sassy, Ringer and Hooter. Born March 1, 1962, in Kirkwood, she was the daughter of Joan (Smith) Boyer of Herculaneum and the late Jude “Ted” Bequette.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her partner of 26 years: Michael O’Day of Patterson; a daughter: Jessica (Roy) Kennedy of Festus; a son: Travis Perkins of Festus; her stepfather: Martin Boyer of Herculaneum; three brothers: Keith (Nancy McKenzie Harris) Bequette of Festus, Matthew Bequette of Bonne Terre and Marty (Cheryl) Boyer of Festus; two grandchildren: Elijah and Jeremiah Kennedy; a niece: Lori (Aaron) Burkard of Springfield; a nephew: Andy (Penny) Boyer of Bonne Terre; and six great-nieces and nephew: Kelsie, Kinsley and Kaelie Burkard, Owen Boyer and Avery and Elliett Boyer.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
