Bryan Logan Hatfield, 30, of Festus died May 26, 2026, in Crystal City. Mr. Hatfield worked as a roofer and was known for his hardworking spirit and love for his family and friends. He had a passion for life and enjoyed spending his free time building LEGOs, hunting and playing video games, airsoft and board games. He loved spending time at the river, attending Renaissance fairs and embracing cosplay. He was a devoted fan of Star Wars and The Hobbit, and he enjoyed caring for his chickens, animals and property. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family, especially his daughter. Born May 20, 1996, in Landstuhl, Germany, he was the son of Billy (Kimberly) Hatfield of Mineral Point and Reginna (Highfill) Hatfield of Festus.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his girlfriend: Brittany Gau; a daughter: Leah Lynn Hatfield of Festus; three brothers: Matthew (Andrea) Hatfield of Mineral Point, Jacob (Sarah Wilson) Hatfield of Festus and Brandon Hatfield of Grand Forks, N.D.; and a sister: Samantha (Neal Gant) Hatfield of Festus; and many extended family members and friends.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, June 2, at Mahn Funeral Home, 900 N. Main St., in De Soto. Funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 3, at the funeral home, officiated by Pastor Ron Sutton. Interment will follow at Peaceful Ridge Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Funeral Home.
