Breanna “Jada” Tank, 27, of Festus died May 10, 2026, in St. Louis. Born Jan. 27, 1999, in St. Louis, Ms. Tank was the daughter of Sandy Tank of Festus. She was the stepdaughter of Jamie Hampshire of Festus.
In addition to her mother and stepfather, she is survived by five siblings: Morgan Tank of Herculaneum, Christopher Wilson of St. Louis, Damion Tank of Festus, Esmarii Tank of Festus and Hailey Hampshire of Troy; a niece: Maeve; an aunt: Angel (Terry) Atchison of Essex; several cousins; and many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by an uncle: Thaddeus “Bud” Tank; and her grandparents: Ernest and Brenda Tank.
A memorial gathering is scheduled from noon until a memorial service at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 6, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main St., in De Soto, officiated by Chaplain De’Montrey Hamilton. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
