Starr, Angela

Angela Grace Starr, 70, of Fenton died July 15, 2026. Mrs. Starr was an artist and photographer. She enjoyed taking long walks in local parks, especially those along the Meramec River, driving through Lone Elk Park and admiring the wildlife, taking road trips to the Ozarks, visiting Silver Dollar City with her grandkids and spending time with friends and family at gatherings and Tuesday night dinners. She will be remembered for her love, compassion and selfless nature. Born Dec. 17, 1955, she was the daughter of Pat Biondo and the late Angelo Biondo. 

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband: Curtis Fulbright; four children: Ian (Becky) Starr, Erin (Riley) Starr, Evan (Jordan) Starr and Angelina Starr; four grandchildren: Andrew Starr, Ruth Starr, Carson Starr and Sophia Starr; a sibling: Mike Biondo; a bonus daughter: Rebecca Akers; five bonus grandchildren: Payton Akers, McKenzy Akers, Taylor Akers, Sebastian Akers and Evelyn Akers; and numerous other family members and friends.

A celebration of life is scheduled for 1 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 23, at Crestwood-Euclid Masonic Temple, 9078 Sappington Road, in Crestwood.
