Arlene Francis Moore, 82, of St. Louis died Aug. 21, 2023, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. Ms. Moore was born Sept. 5, 1940, in Poplar Bluff, the daughter of the late Edna (Aldrich) and Harry Dodwell.
She is survived by three children: Randy L. Moore of St. Louis, Rhonda (Rob) Johnson of Chesterfield and Tracey (Brandon) Hunt of Wichita, Kan; seven grandchildren: Alex, Michael, Bradley, Sam (Betsy), Kristina Johnson and Gabe and Mary Hunt.
She was preceded in death by a son: Dennis “Keith” Moore; and three brothers: Vernon, Orville (the late Irene) and Robert Dodwell.
Private family services were held Aug. 24 at Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus, officiated by Pastor Terry Crank. Burial was in the Sandy Cemetery in Hillsboro. Arrangements were under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
