Michael D. Sparks, 58, of De Soto died Dec. 25, 2019, in De Soto. Mr. Sparks was a plumber. Born March 23, 1961, in Crystal City, he was the son of Mary (White) Sparks of De Soto and the late Steven William “Jack” Sparks Sr.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by eight children: Mike Jr., Mitch, Crystal, Michelle, Matt, Jackie, Mindy, and Kyle; three siblings: James (Candy) Sparks Sr., Steven (Sandy) Sparks Jr. and Mary (Charlie Sr.) Coleman; and several grandchildren.
No services were held. Arrangements were under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in De Soto.
