Mary Frances Rulo, 79, of Cedar Hill died May 4, 2020, at St. Luke’s Hospital in Chesterfield. Mrs. Rulo owned and operated several restaurants. She enjoyed socializing, cooking, singing and attending dances. She was a member of the Rose of Sharon Full Gospel Temple of De Soto. Born Feb. 5, 1941, in Jonesboro, Ark., she was the daughter of the late Verneta (Johnson) and Ora Lee Williams.
She is survived by three children: Robert Mix of Cambridge, Ontario, Canada, Terry Mix of High Ridge and Charlene (Steven) Miller of Fenton; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and numerous family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by a daughter: Robin Mix; a brother: Michael Williams; and a sister: Delores Williams.
Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Friday, May 15, at Mahn Funeral Home, 900 N. Main St., in De Soto, followed immediately by funeral services officiated by the Rev. David Taylor. Burial will be at Peaceful Ridge Cemetery in De Soto. Memorials may be made to the Rose of Sharon Full Gospel Temple. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Funeral Home.
