Mark Joseph Nance, 54, of Bonne Terre died Dec. 27, 2019, at Missouri Baptist Hospital in St. Louis County. He served as a caregiver for people with special needs. He loved riding his motorcycle. Born March 16, 1965, in St. Louis, he was the son of Norma Jean Bennett Nance Shelton and the late Willard Ray Nance.
He is survived by two sons: Jake and Dalton Nance; five stepchildren: Cody, Justin, Brittney, Tyler and Breanna Weathers; and other loved ones, including Jean Shelton, John Shelton, Billy (Holly) Nance, Gary (Beth) Nance, Jamey (Jason) Wruck and Kim Nance.
Funeral services were held Jan. 6 at Chapel Hill Mortuary in Cedar Hill.
Memorials may be made to the Autism Society of America, 4340 East West Hwy., Suite 350, Bethesda, MD 20814. Arrangements were under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary.
