DeClue, Kenneth

Kenneth Thomas De Clue, 79, of House Springs died Nov. 7, 2020, in Fenton. Mr. DeClue was a retired truck driver and a parishioner at Our Lady Queen of Peace in House Springs. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a member of the American Legion, the VFW and the High Ridge Elks Lodge. He was born March 25, 1941, in St. Louis, the son of the late Lucy (Pashia) and Thomas C. De Clue Sr. He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years: Janet (Jung) De Clue.

He is survived by one child: Daron De Clue of House Springs; five siblings: Diann De Clue of Cedar Hill, Darlene Chambers of Old Mines, Thomas De Clue Jr. of Antonia, Deborah De Clue of Potosi and DeeAnn Politte of Festus; two grandchildren: Danielle (Mark) Otto of House Springs and Cassidy (Nathan) Hodge of Catawissa; and two great-grandchildren: Connor and Thomas Hodge of Catawissa.

He was preceded in death by three siblings: Doris Price, Donna Gardner and Dena Hill.

Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, at Kutis Funeral Home, 10151 Gravois, in Affton. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 20, the funeral home, officiated by Father Dennis Schmidt. Burial is in the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home.
