Kathleen Ann “Kathy” Longley, 66, of Cadet died March 22, 2023, at her home. Ms. Longley enjoyed riding motorcycles, going to the lake and getting out on the pontoon boat. She loved animals and enjoyed skydiving, bungee jumping and spending time with family, especially her grandkids. Born June 6, 1956, in Festus, she was the daughter of the late Judith (Moore) Morice and Chester Chotrow.
She is survived by two daughters: Emily (Kurt) Walker and Laura (Chris) Fank, both of St. Louis; two brothers: Tim (Donna) Chotrow of Festus and Jeff Chotrow; her longtime companion: James “Jake” Glaze of Cadet; six grandchildren: Kurt Walker Jr., Mary Walker, Elijah Walker, Naomi Walker, Simone Walker and Justin M. (Sheannett) Glaze; and six great-grandchildren: Konnaer Glaze, Giovanny Glaze, Brycenn Glaze, Zennadayia Glaze, Lilleighanna Glaze, and Wayllynn Glaze.
She was preceded in death by a brother: Daniel Chotrow.
Visitation is scheduled from 11 a.m. until a funeral service at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 30, at Vinyard Funeral Home, 616 W. Main, in Festus. Burial is in Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens in Crystal City. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
