Jerry Jolene Armbruster, 67, French Village

Jerry Jolene Armbruster, 67, of French Village died Sept. 19, 2021, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City. Mrs. Armbruster was a homemaker and a member of Mount Olive Methodist Church. Born Jan. 12, 1954, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Jeana Jo Nichols-Parton and Roy Edward Parton Sr.

She is survived by her husband of 29 years: Ronald Armbruster of French Village; three children: Chandra (Jerry) Watkins of Hillsboro, Dale (Shawnna) Fortner Jr. of Harrison, Ark., and Misty (Jayson) Barnes of Colorado; two siblings: Cheryl (Rick) Stockwell of Bonne Terre and Charles Dennis (Marla) Parton of Huntsville, Ala.; six grandchildren: Kailee Reed of French Village, Maggie Barnes of Colorado, McKenzie Callahan of Festus, Logan Watkins of Hillsboro, Mason Watkins of Hillsboro, Alaxandria Woodell of Harrison, Ark., and Clark Rudelis of Harrison, Ark.; three great-grandchildren: Allen Reed of French Village, Teegan Schumer of French Village and Conley Rudelis of Harrison Ark.; four stepchildren; and many other family and friends.

She also was preceded in death by a sibling: Roy Edward Parton Jr.

Visitation and services were Sept. 27 at Mount Olive United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Robin Byron officiating. Burial was private. Memorials may be made to the family. Arrangements were under the direction of Horton-Wampler Funeral Home in Park Hills.
