Irene O. Faulkner, 94, of De Soto died Aug. 30, 2013, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City. Mrs. Faulkner was preceded in death by her husband, Charles McGregor Faulkner Sr.
Burial was in the Rolla City Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration, Radnor Station Bldg. 2, Suite 320, 290 King of Prussia Road, Radnor, PA 19087. Arrangements were under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in De Soto.
