Herman Thomas Starling, 83, of St. Louis, died Nov. 12, 2016. Mr. Starling was a member of Lemay Church of Christ. A funeral service was held Nov. 17 at Piggott Church of Christ in Piggott, Ark. Arrangements were under the direction of Moore’s Jackson Funeral Home in Jacksonville.
