Harry J. Niemann Jr., 81, of Colorado Springs, Colo., formerly of Barnhart, died May 10, 2015, in Colorado Springs.
Mr. Niemann was a computer programmer and served with the U.S. Air Force for 25 years before retiring in 1978 with the rank of Senior Master Sergeant. Born Jan. 23, 1934, in Barnhart, he was the son of the late Maybelle (Aubuchon) and Harry J. Niemann Sr.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years: Maxine (Danback) Niemann; two children: David M. (Lillian) Niemann and Brian K. (Marcia) Niemann, both of Colorado Springs; and two grandchildren: Brian K. (Amber) Niemann Jr. and Autumn D. Niemann, both of Colorado Springs.
He was preceded in death by two siblings: Lloyd K. Niemann and James L. Niemann Sr.
A memorial service was held on May 9 at Grace Lutheran Church in Colorado Springs.
