Gloria J. “Cookie” Prindiville, 88, of Arnold died Jan. 9, 2023. Mrs. Prindiville was a registered nurse and a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Arnold. She enjoyed animals, bluebirds, hummingbirds and roses. Born June 9, 1934, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late William and Minnette (Kraus) Dierks.
She was preceded in death by her husband: James R. Prindiville.
She is survived by a daughter: Julie M. (Scott) Engel; three grandchildren: Meghan (Nick) Mentesana, Cory Prindiville and Erin (A.J.) Washington; two great-grandchildren: Allison Mentesana and Wes Washington; a sister: Minerva Ainsley; and many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by a son: James R. Prindiville Jr.; and two siblings: Ellerd Dierks and Charlotte Davis.
Visitation will be from 2-6 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 15, at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., in Arnold. Prayers for Mrs. Prindiville will be at 9:35 a.m. Monday, Jan. 16, at the funeral home followed by a funeral Mass from 10-11 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, 2300 Church Road, in Arnold. Burial will be in Immaculate Conception Church Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home.
