Glennon A. Thebeau, 88, of Arnold died Dec. 26, 2016, in Arnold. Mr. Thebeau was an active member of St. John’s Catholic Church and a member of the Knights of Columbus and the St.Vincent de Paul Society. He was born Sept. 16, 1928 in Old Mines, the son of the late Wilfred E. and Grace (Portell) Thebeau. He was preceded in death by his wife: Shirley (Streckfuss) Thebeau.
He is survived by a son: Glennon (Suzanne) Thebeau Jr.; three daughters: Diana Sanders, Mary Dierker and Deborah Sue Williams; a brother: Paul Thebeau; 13 grandchildren: James, Greg, Kay, Jake, Jeff, Mike, Ben, Jessica, Joy, Julie, Keith, Kelly and Scott; and 36 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers: Wilfred and Vincent Thebeau; and a son: James R. Thebeau.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28, at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., in Arnold. A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 29, at St. John’s Catholic Church, 4614 Blue Springs Drive, in Imperial. Burial is in the St. John’s Catholic Church Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society. Arrangements are under the direction of Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home.
