Elva Viola Frost, 76, of Festus died July 29, 2018, at Fountainbleau Nursing Home in Festus. Mrs. Frost was a factory worker at Lockwoven and worked as a server with IHOP. She enjoyed reading her Bible and spending time with her family. Born Nov. 4, 1941, in Poplar Bluff, she was the daughter of the late Elva V. (Hanks) and John S. Bulliner Sr.
She is survived by three children: Roy “Mike” (Kathy) Frost of Valles Mines, Karen Frost of De Soto and Sharon Frost of Valles Mines; six siblings: Bob (Bertha) Armstrong of St. Louis, John Bulliner of Texas, William (Kathy) Bulliner of Texas, Henry (Irene) Sandler of Malden, Adaline Flint of Texas and Rinie Bulliner of De Soto; four grandchildren: Roy “Mike” Frost Jr., Brittany Schaal, Brianne Marion and Dillion Frost; and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a grandson: Jeremy Frost.
A memorial gathering will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4, at 4287 Hwy. Y, in Valles Mines. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel in Festus.
