Eileen Elizabeth (King) Bauer, 85, of Arnold died April 15, 2020, in St. Louis. Mrs. Bauer was retired. Born Sept. 26, 1934, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Elizabeth (Murphy) King. She was preceded in death by her husband: Eugene Milton M. Bauer.
She is survived by eight children: Debbie, Dennis (Grace), David, Craig (Sheri), Diane (Tim), Lisa, Michele and Timothy (Mindy); a brotgher: Jim (Jean) King; a brother-in-law: Gary (Sonja) Bauer; 19 grandchildren: Laci, Logan, Ronelle (Chris), Garrett, Heather (Joshua), Tyler, Sophia, Halle, Kyle, Matthew, Alyssa, Bobby (Samantha), Brooke, Kelly (David “DJ”), Megan (Ben), Steven (Elizabeth), Daniel, Caitlin (Chris) and Eric; 10 great-grandchildren: Preslie, Tucker, Nathaniel, Jameson, Noah, Mila, Ava, Ryder, Finley and Ireland; and 10 nieces and nephews: David, Beverly, Chrissy, Sherry, Stephanie, Stacie, Kim, Kelly, Jeannie and Jennifer.
She was preceded in death by a grandchild: Lindsey; and a niece: Leslie.
Funeral services were private. Burial was in the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements were under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home in south St. Louis County.
