Donald E. Whittington, 60, of Imperial died Nov. 17, 2013, at St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis County. Mr. Whittington is survived by his wife, Franny Whittington.
Arrangements were under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home in St. Louis County.
