Deborah Brewer, 69, House Springs

Deborah Brewer, 69, of House Springs died March 21, 2021, in St. Louis. Mrs. Brewer was a Northwest High School graduate, and she retired from Allstate Insurance. She was a member of the High Ridge Elks. She was fun-loving and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Born March 23, 1951, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late David and Mabel (Carter) Sronce.

She is survived by her husband: Woody (Loy) Brewer; a daughter: Lisa Short; two grandchildren: Amanda Short and Joshua Short; two great-grandchildren: Colton Williams and Eliza Jane Short; one sister: Diane Parkinson; and many other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by a sister: Pamelia Pannell.

A celebration of life will be held later. Memorials may be made to Mercy Hospice South – de Greeff Hospice House, 10024 Kennerly Road, St. Louis, 63128, for a memorial paver in Mrs. Brewer’s name or to help other families with hospice care. Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary in Cedar Hill.
