Daisy Minerva Webster, 95, St. Louis

Daisy Minerva Webster, 95, of St. Louis died Oct. 17, 2021. Mrs. Webster worked many years as a radiology technician. She enjoyed traveling with her late husband and collecting ceramic teapots. Born May 24, 1926, in East St. Louis, Ill., she was the daughter of the late Melvin and Ida (Smith) Nance.

She was preceded in death by her husband: L.B. Webster Jr.

She is survived by a granddaughter: Stefanie (Ronnie) Sneed of De Soto; a daughter-in-law: Alice Webster of De Soto; a great-grandchild: Brenda (fiance Zachary Bolen) Davis of St. Peters; two great-great-grandchildren: Ashton and Jade Bolen; three nieces: Ruthann Dyer of Irving, Texas, Carol Gaa of Belleville, Ill., and Pam Brunshwiler of Fairview Heights, Ill.; a nephew: David (Angel) Nance of Norfolk, Va.; and many other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by a son: Michael Webster; and two brothers: Melvin Eugene and William Floyd Nance.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the funeral services at 11 a.m. on Thursday (Oct. 21) at Lake View Funeral Home, 5000 N Illinois St., in Fairview Heights, Ill. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association. Arrangements are under the direction of Lake View Funeral Home.
