Coleen Grace Bagley, 61, of De Soto, died Sept. 5, 2020, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City. Mrs. Bagley was a registered nurse and a case manager for Cigna. She enjoyed strawberry-themed decorations and ladybugs and loved the color purple. Born Dec. 15, 1958, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of Virginia (Miller) McFarland Lucas of Festus and the late Harry “Hud” McFarland.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband: Michael "Mike" Bagley; two sons: Michael Bagley of Arnold and Jason (Kayla Stephens) Bagley of De Soto; two sisters: Kay (Bryan) Hayes of Festus and Julie Wynn of Florida; a brother: David (Jean) McFarland of Festus; seven grandchildren: Charlie, Emma, Henry, Kristina, DJ, Damien and Nathan; and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her stepfather: Glenn Lucas.
A celebration of life will be held from noon to 4 p.m. with a eulogy at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 26, in Pavilion 11 at Larry Crites Memorial Park (formerly West City Park), in Festus. Participants are encouraged to wear purple. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus.
