Angie J. Reando, 59, of De Soto died Nov. 6, 2022, at Mercy Hospital St. Louis in Creve Coeur. Mrs. Reando had retired from the De Soto School District as secretary to the superintendent and was employed as a teacher’s aide at St. Rose of Lima Catholic School in De Soto. Born Oct. 26, 1963, in Crystal City, she was the daughter of William James “Bill” (Wanda) Wilson Jr. of Sebring, Fla., and the late Marilyn Sue (McGee) Wilson.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband: Lonnie Reando of De Soto; three children: Jeremy (Cate) Reando of De Soto, Emily (Tyler) Allen of Hillsboro and Jordan (Kaitlin McGinnitey) Reando of De Soto; three siblings: Terry (Doyle “Duke”) Price of De Soto, Brenda (the late Russ) Ott of De Soto and Linda (Dave Rawson) Cole of Branson; her father-in-law: Donald “Duck” (the late Shirley) Reando of De Soto; a sister-in-law: Debbie (Clay) Whitener of Bonne Terre; two brothers-in-law: Terry (Donna) Reando and John (Kelly) Reando, both of De Soto; four grandchildren: Blane Reando, Eve Reando, Bella Allen and Wyatt Allen; and many other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by a brother: Patrick Wilson; an uncle: Joe Wilson; and a nephew: Justin Caine.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main St., in De Soto. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, at St. Rose of Lima Church, 504 S. Third St., in De Soto, officiated by Father Alexander Anderson.
