Adrianna Sue (Henderson) Naeger, 74, of Festus died March 12, 2021, at her home. Mrs. Naeger was the proud owner and proprietor of the Bridal Shoppe in Festus for 16 years, and was a connoisseur of her favorite chocolate milk shakes at Gordon's Stoplight Drive-In. Always quick with a smile, she was blessed with feistiness and stubbornness and endowed with an honesty that rarely allowed her to hold back her opinion, but her life was also full of devotion and service to all the people she encountered. She was born Aug. 3, 1946, in St. Louis, the daughter of the late Suzanne Marie (Gremminger) and Adrian Thomas Henderson.
She is survived by her husband: James Michael Naeger, whom she married July 3, 1965; five sons: Scott Allen (April) Naeger of Festus, Sean David (Christopher) Naeger of Ballwin, Matthew James (Toni) Naeger of Kent, Wash., Zachary Nathaniel (Tish) Naeger of Festus and Nowell Adrian (Aaron) Naeger of Arnold; two sisters: Lynne L. (Erik) Descheemaeker of St. Charles, Ill., and Jane E. (John) Mahar of Chesterfield; a brother: Jeffrey W. (Tina) Henderson of St. Charles, Ill.; and five grandchildren: Samuel, Jacob, Meg, Luke and Jackson.
Visitation is scheduled from 3-6 p.m. Sunday, March 14, at Vinyard Funeral Home, 616 W. Main, in Festus. A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, March 15, at Our Lady Catholic Church in Festus, officiated by Father Gregory Klump. Memorials may be made to Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital in St. Louis. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
