Aaron Glenn Stubbs, 37, of House Springs, died Sept. 18, 2018. Mr. Stubbs was a compassionate person, very funny and charismatic, who loved to travel and would do anything to help his family or friends. Born Dec. 10, 1980, he was the son of Brenda (Alan) Knaup of Rolla and Jack “Andrew” Stubbs of House Springs.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his grandmother: Marguerite Adam of Rolla; five siblings: Cherie (Michael) Stirnemann of Fenton, Laura (Ed) Baur of Rolla, Andrew Stubbs of Rolla, Laurie Lewis of Arnold and Paul (Jane) Stubbs of House Springs; 11 nieces and nephews: Zachary, Lilly, Noah, Alec, Hanna, Taylor, Elijah, Lucy, Lindsay, Chloe and Jackson; his “brother from another mother,” Eric Schwarz; and many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his stepmother: Paula J. Stubbs; and his grandparents: Glenn W. Adam and Louis and Gladys Stubbs.
A memorial service is scheduled at noon Saturday, Sept. 29, at Kutis South County chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in south St. Louis County. Memorials may be made to the Missouri Network for Opium Reform. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home.
