A Columbia woman charged with manslaughter in the Nov. 2024 death of Antonio Davis was indicted on Friday.
Felicia Lynne Hay, 35, is charged with both first-degree involuntary manslaughter and first-degree assault, according to court documents.
She was arrested again earlier this month after new charges were filed against her in this case, and has her arraignment set for 8:30 a.m. on Nov. 16.
Davis died a week after the assault, and at the time police were seeking to upgrade charges. Later Hay stated this was due to her acting in self-defense, according to previous KOMU 8 reporting.
Hay's alleged accomplice, Alexander Aklan, 30, is charged in Boone County with second-degree murder, first-degree assault, second-degree drug trafficking, unlawful use of a weapon and armed criminal action, according to court documents.
