A van and a drum kit were among items stolen from a home in the 5300 block of Hwy. 21 in House Springs. The theft happened between noon and 7 p.m. May 19, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported.
The victim told investigators he got a call from a cousin who noticed the 2006 Ford F-350 panel van missing from outside the house. When the victim arrived, he found the van missing. In addition, a drum kit and several amplifiers and speakers were missing from the house. It is not known how entry was gained to the van or the house, the report said.
The stolen items were valued at $10,000. As of June 3, the items had not been recovered, and no arrests had been made, Sheriff’s Office spokesman Grant Bissell said. Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call the Sheriff’s Office at 636-797-5515.
