The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of a UTV from outside a home in the 3700 block of Hwy. W in the Jefferson County portion of Eureka. The owner had been trying to sell the UTV, authorities reported.
The victim said the blue 2022 Polaris Razor was stolen between about 8 p.m. June 28 and 5:30 a.m. June 29. He said the UTV had for sale signs on it and had been in the front yard since June 22. The owner still had the keys, the report said.
The Sheriff’s Office does not provide approximate values for stolen vehicles.
As of July 5, the UTV had not been recovered and no suspects had been identified, spokesman Grant Bissell said. He asks anyone with information about the theft to call the Sheriff’s Office at 636-797-5515.
