David Keaton Stack, 30, of St. Louis has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for inappropriate sexual conduct with a child in Jefferson County, court documents show.
On March 2, Stack pleaded guilty to sexual exploitation of a minor and second-degree child molestation of a victim who is younger than 12, both class B felonies.
Jefferson County Div. 1 Circuit Judge Joseph A. Rathert sentenced Stack to 10 years for each of the counts, and the sentences will be served concurrently, or at the same time, court records said.
On March 25, 2018, Stack’s cell phone was found in an Imperial apartment, and the phone contained two videos of Stack touching and removing the child’s clothing, the probable-cause statement in the case said.
Stack was identified by rings he regularly wears that could be seen in the videos, the report said.
Jefferson County assistant prosecuting attorney Michele Leah Whitehead handled the case.
Stack currently is in the Eastern Reception and Diagnostic and Correctional Center in Bonne Terre.
