The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of a pickup from outside a home in the 2100 block of Ridgedale Drive in High Ridge. The incident was reported about 11:40 a.m. April 29, the Sheriff’s Office reported.
The 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, which was valued at $6,000, was later recovered. In addition, a suspect has been identified, but no arrests had been made as of May 8, Sheriff’s Office spokesman Grant Bissell said.
