Arnold Police are seeking a 37-year-old Barnhart who is suspected of stealing a Salvation Army donation kettle from outside the Ponderosa Steakhouse, 3601 Jeffco Blvd. The woman formerly worked at the restaurant, authorities reported.
The incident happened about 10:35 p.m. Nov. 24, when the woman allegedly left the restaurant, put her coat over the kettle and walked away with it. There was an estimated $100 in the kettle, and the kettle itself was valued at $40, the report said.
As of today (Dec. 10), police had not located the woman, Lt. Clinton Wooldridge said. Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call Arnold Police at 636-296-3204.
