Festus Police are investigating the recent theft of a pickup from the driveway of a home in the 100 block of Copper Creek Drive. The pickup, a 2023 GMC Sierra, was valued at $60,000, Chief Doug Wendel said
The victim, a 47-year-old Festus man, said the pickup was stolen sometime between 11 p.m. June 1 and 8 a.m. June 8, Wendel said.
He said it is not known how the culprit got into the pickup.
As of today, June 6, the pickup had not been recovered and no arrests had been made, Wendel said. Anyone with information is urged to call Festus Police at 636-937-2646.
