Items worth more than $6,800 were stolen from three vehicles parked outside the Drury Inn, 3800 Hwy. 141, in Arnold. The three vehicles were broken into and the damage to the vehicles was estimated at $3,200, Arnold Police reported.

The officer was able to record the number from the license plate on the Journey, but as of Jan. 14, Arnold Police had not been able to identify the man or recover any of the stolen items, Lt. Clinton Wooldridge said.
The vehicles broken into were a 2018 GMC Denali, a 2015 Jeep Wrangler and a 2014 GMC Sierra. Among the stolen items were a .9mm Glock handgun, wedding rings that were inside a suitcase, purses and wallets. The estimated value of the stolen items was $6,885, according to the report.
The Denali’s passenger door had $1,600 worth of damage. There was an estimated $1,000 worth of damage to the Wranglers’ rear window and back windshield wiper. Three windows on the Sierra’s camper shell were broken, and the damage to it was estimated at $600, the report said.
