The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the theft of appliances and other items from at least four homes under construction in the 6100 block of Old State Road in Imperial. The homes, which are part of Wolf Hollow Estates, are being constructed by G’Sell Homes in Barnhart, the Sheriff's Office reported.
The homes were burglarized between about 4 p.m. Feb. 14 and 6:40 a.m. Feb. 15. A dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, range, copper pipe, water line and three DeWalt drills were stolen from the four homes, the report said.
The stolen items are worth about $7,924, according to the report.
As of Feb. 17, none of the items had been recovered, and no suspects had been identified, spokesman Grant Bissell said. He asks anyone with information about the burglaries to call the Sheriff’s Office at 636-797-5515.
