Two guns and several rings commemorating perfect 300-bowling games were recently stolen from a home in the 5000 block of Montebello Road in Imperial. The burglary occurred between March 21 and March 29, while the victim was on vacation, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported.
The front door was forced open, and items worth $1,500 were stolen. The stolen items included an automatic rifle, a Remington 20-gauge shotgun and four “300” rings, the report said.
As of April 12, none of the stolen items had been recovered and no arrests had been made, Cpl. Matthew Moore said. He asks anyone with information about the burglary to call the Sheriff’s Office tip line at 636-797-5515.
