Roger A. Partridge, 51, of High Ridge has been sentenced to 10 years for driving while intoxicated, court records show.

On Sept. 4, 2012, Partridge, a persistent offender, was driving under the influence of alcohol on Brennan Road east of Hillsboro Valley Park Road in High Ridge, the report said.

He pleaded guilty to the charge and on June 5 was sentenced by Jefferson County Div. 6 Circuit Judge Troy Cardona to 10 years.

However, Partridge may be released early if he successfully completes a 24-month treatment program, according to the report.

Jefferson County assistant prosecuting attorney Angela D. Downing handled the case.

Partridge, formerly of Eureka, previously pleaded guilty to driving with excessive blood-alcohol content for incidents that occurred in February 1997 in Shrewsbury and in May 2007 in Jefferson County, the report said.

He also previously pleaded guilty to two DWIs – one from September 2001 in Arnold and another from April 2008 in Jefferson County, according to the report.

Partridge previously was sentenced to seven years for possession of a controlled substance tied to a November 2004 incident, court papers indicate.

In addition, he served jail time for property damage, resisting arrest and assault, all misdemeanors, stemming from a June 30, 2012, incident in Jefferson County, according to court records.

Partridge currently is in the Northeast Correctional Center in Bowling Green.
