Two guns and a diamond wedding ring recently were stolen from a home in the 700 block of Buckboard Lane in the Fenton area. The theft occurred between noon April 5 and 4:30 p.m. April 17, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reports.
Stolen items included a Colt 22-caliber revolver, a Smith and Wesson .357-caliber revolver and a platinum and diamond wedding ring. In all, those items were valued at $2,200, the report said.
There were no signs of forced entry into the home, and the victims said numerous people had been at their home during the time the items went missing, according to the report.
As of Wednesday (April 26), the stolen items had not been recovered, and there were no suspects or arrests, Cpl. Matthew Moore said. He asks anyone with information about the theft to call the Sheriff’s Office tip line at 636-797-5515.
