A gun was stolen from an unlocked Jeep parked at Arnold City Park on Bradley Beach Road while the owner was jogging for about 30 minutes. The 38-caliber Taurus gun was valued at about $290, Arnold Police reported.

The victim, a 46-year-old Arnold man, said he parked his 2016 Jeep Wrangler at the park around 5 p.m. Oct. 21. When he returned to the Jeep about a half-hour later, the gun was gone, the report said.

As of Oct. 28, the gun had not been recovered, and no suspects had been identified, Detective Lt. Jason Valentine said. Anyone with information about the incident should call Arnold Police at 636-296-3204.
