Fenton woman arrested in Eureka in connection with theft of car stolen in High Ridge
A 30-year-old Fenton woman has been arrested in connection with the recent theft of a car parked outside Street Speed, 3300 High Ridge Blvd., in High Ridge. The theft happened about 4:30 a.m. June 27, when someone stole a 2006 Honda Accord from the lot, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reports.
The car was recovered later the same day in the Jefferson County portion of Eureka, and the woman was arrested in Eureka, too, Cpl. Matthew Moore said.
The Sheriff’s Office will seek charges against the woman through the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. As of July 11, no charges had been filed, Moore said.
