Arnold Police are asking for help to identify a man and a woman in connection with the theft of a pickup Wednesday morning (Aug. 23) at the U-Gas, 3611 West Outer Road. The theft happened about 6:15 a.m., a police report said.
After the victim left the GMC pickup running with the keys inside, the man and woman showed up in another truck, and the woman got out of it, got inside the GMC and drove it away, followed by the man driving the other truck, a four-door, full-size truck, the report said.
The GMC pickup later was found on the QuikTrip parking lot off Meramec Bottom Road in south St. Louis County. Police viewed surveillance footage from both the U-Gas and QuikTrip and got still photos from it. Anyone who recognizes the suspects’ vehicle or the suspects is asked to call Arnold Police at 636-282-2385.
