Arnold Police are seeking a felony stealing warrant against a 33-year-old O’Fallon man, who allegedly stole $779.96 worth of Lego sets from Target, 3849 Vogel Road, police reported.
Officers were called to the store at about 1:45 p.m. Nov. 25 when an employee confronted the man outside of the store after he allegedly exited without paying for the Legos. The man reportedly dropped the stolen merchandise before fleeing in a black Ford F-150, the report said.
The suspect was identified through surveillance video, and Arnold Police are seeking a felony stealing charge through the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, Detective Lt. Jeremy Christopher said.
