Arnold Police are seeking a 19-year-old Barnhart woman who allegedly punched a female clerk at the 7-Eleven store, 3611 West Outer Road, in Arnold. The victim was not seriously hurt, Arnold Police reported.

Just before 10 p.m. Aug. 23, the Barnhart woman arrived at the store. She was a passenger in a vehicle driven by someone who allegedly was going too fast in the parking lot, and the clerk made a comment about the reckless driving. The Barnhart woman became angry and began arguing with the clerk, Detective Lt. James Jones said.

While the clerk was attempting to get the Barnhart woman to leave the store, she allegedly hit the clerk in the face and the left in a blue Dodge Dart, the report said.

The number from the license plate was given to police who used it to identify the woman. As of Thursday (Sept. 28), however, she had not been located and taken into custody, Jones said.
