Two people reportedly broke into the Little Caesars restaurant in Arnold, but left empty-handed when they couldn’t open the cash registers or safe. The suspects allegedly broke the front glass door to get in, causing about $500 in damage, Arnold Police reported.
Officers were called at 12:55 a.m. Aug. 2 to the restaurant, 1851 Jeffco Blvd., after the restaurant’s alarm went off. When they arrived, they found the door broken. Surveillance video showed two people dressed in dark clothing and wearing gloves enter the building and then leave when they couldn’t get into the registers or safe, the report said.
As of Aug. 9, the people seen in the video had not been identified, Det. Lt. Jeremy Christopher said. He asks anyone with information about the incident to call Arnold Police at 636-296-3204.
