A 33-year-old Arnold man recently was arrested for trespassing and disturbing the peace twice in the same approximately five-hour period, Arnold Police report.
At 8:49 p.m. Oct. 20, Arnold Police got a call about a domestic dispute at a mobile home in Starling Community and arrested the man, the report said.
The man already was wanted on outstanding warrants for violating a restraining order and misdemeanor stealing, according to the report.
He was booked, issued summonses for trespassing and disturbing the peace and then released.
At 1:46 a.m. Oct. 21, Arnold Police got a call that the man had returned to the victim’s home in Starling Community and refused to leave, the report said.
The man was arrested again, booked and placed in a cell and held until his release, again with two more summonses to appear in Arnold Municipal Court, according to the report.
