A 54-year-old Arnold man was arrested for allegedly using his ex-roommate’s debit card to buy items at several Arnold businesses. The alleged fraudulent purchases were made between Jan. 16 and Jan. 18, Arnold Police reported.
The victim said the fraudulent purchases made with her card totaled $1,200.81. The suspect was arrested about 10:30 a.m. Feb. 21, the report said.
He was booked and released pending application for warrants. Arnold Police will seek felony charges for fraudulent use of a credit device against the man through the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. As of March 1, no charges had been filed, Detective Lt. James Jones said.
